Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any damage or missing linen.
Damage such as:

• Burns

• Tears or cuts

• Unusual stains

…will result in replacement charges.
All items are counted in and inspected before and after each rental.

Linen Care Guidelines

LINENS ARE DELICATE AND VULNERABLE TO MISTREATMENT.
To avoid damage:

• ❌ DO NOT use duct tape, glue, staples, or nails on any linens

• 🕯️ Keep linens free of candle wax

• 🧺 DO NOT launder linens after use

All items must be returned dry, debris-free, and in a bag.

Late Return Policy

Late charges apply starting the day after the scheduled return date.

• Late fee: 50% of the rental fee per day
